Up to £21,000k basic salary depending on experience + Bonus potential of £4,000

Additional Package Info: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension contribution, Childcare Vouchers, Vehicle Leasing Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme and Training and Development An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and be responsible for ensuring customers are happy with all their servicing and repair needs as well as promoting accessories, aftersales services and the latest BMW models.

Full training will be provided as experience is not essential, however the successful Service Advisor must have:

• Previous experience of working within a customer service focused role • Proven high level of customer service skills • Good communication skills • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude • Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks • A willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with product and technical information • A team player who thrives in a high pressured environment

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Applicants must also be flexible to work weekends as per the department’s rota.
