Costing Administrator/ Costing Advisor

As we continue to grow, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Costing Administrator. In this role you will be able ensure all health checks are estimated and all retail WIPs are invoiced before being presented to the service advisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and be passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results.

The Costing Administrator’s main duties will include:

• Ensure all health checks are costed accurately with an average turnaround time lower than 5 minutes • Maintain and gain authority through the 1 link system • Maximise every invoice without overcharging • Ensure retail invoices match estimates • Ensure all retail work is invoiced before being presented to the service advisors • Maintain health check system • Generate reports for service advisors to follow up customers with amber work reported • Approve work order and ensure times allotted are not exceeded and that additional work is recorded accurately with the Workshop Manager • Close all Service Department Retail Invoices • Close all BMW and MINI maintenance pack invoices • Ensure all claimable/closable WIP’s are completed by month end • Ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and follow up any customer complaints to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner • General administrative duties as and when required for example, filing and banking

The successful Costing Administrator will have the following skills:

• Good communication skills • Self-motivated • Great attention to detail • Good Time management • Helpful • Works well under pressure • Kerridge, 1-link skills would be beneficial but not essential

This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor, Service Desk Administrator, Costing Administrator or a Reservation Administrator.
