kept me up to date with everything
Took car in for annual service and MOT, found other problems which took over two months to complete.
Five star service from arrival to departure the team really care and are very attentive. The information is accurate and the car was ready before the stated time. Sapphire was extreameley professional and gives a great customer experience
Everything done as requested
First call for MOT was supposed to get a call back from centre but didnt. Had to chase up the call myself. However I was squeezed in when already fully booked due to my MOT expiring sooner than the earliest booking
Very efficient and got what was expected.

Helpful and convenient
Car was not cleaned as ordered and no courtesy call to say it was ready.
Booked the car in the showroom. Was called when work completed.
Had to wait nearly a month to book car in and for courtesy car to be available.
Other than having to wait a couple of weeks for a slot. Everything was made easy for me.
Everything went like clockwork.
One job not done. Had to wait too long for vehicle to be brought after paying. Brake fluid light not reset following work done
The fault was with the emissions valve regulator, which I needed to have repaired urgently before my departure to France 72 jours later. Wollaston was honest enough to tell me the fault was a common one with this diesel engine.
I didn't have to wait for a long time to book an appointment. I had my car recalled and the job was done very quickly.
Helpfull staff who explained everything in detail
Small problem with the car, all the staff did all they could to remedy the fault.
Trying to give a high level of service, but compared to other franchises I use for other cars (Honda and Ford) the service is worse. Pointless video of the vehicle check only talking about tyres and brakes, no confirmation other items were completed.
Service done on time. Video to show service. Car cleaned. Genuine parts. Polite staff, nice showroom, tidy service area.

Cannot fault the service at Wollaston Motors
We were told someone would call after service was completed. No one did.We called and were told someone would call before 6pm.No one did.The car was kept for a second night.We had to call the next morning and requested the car to be delivered.
Car was not ready by agreed time
Didn't like being ignored ,when I first went in .But after that it was ok.
I would have awarded 5 stars but the diagnostics checks resulted in some negative effects.Firstly remote opening of tail gate and secondly all sat nav addresses were converted to lat and longitude referencesI need to be confident that all is well
Please see the comments above.I was also put off the quality of your engineers when they said they would have to break my tyre valves due to ceased dust caps. I used wd40 and a 10mm socket. It took less than 1 minute to undo the caps.

Faults were raised and resolved, which is what I expect during a service.
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Unfortunately the issue the car was booked in for, returned with 3 days. As I never received a report as to what work was done, I am not in a position to understand whether the issue was misdiagnose etc.
More than happy with the timeframe and short video I am sent.
When I went to collect my car, they had lost my keys. Only after 25 minutes they explained this to me. They found them after 45 minutes,I was not told the cost of the service on booking or when I called to collect my car, so the cost was a shock
Whilst you did confirm you had time to fit the advanced eye ( Front and Rear) this should have been booked in already.Other work requested not carried out as above.
I'm never comfortable that I'm getting a fair deal. Not for the first time the final price is not the same as the quoted price, with no discussion in between. Told it was standard fixed pricing...however at invoice it was more.
I would have liked the problem I had quoted fixed no quibble, the car is covered by BMW comprehensive warranty. Not parts I would expect wear and tear from. Looks more like a recall issue, future cars now have an added bracket to holdup the intake.
I received an e-mail with a video attached but I couldn't hear any commentary otherwise satisfactory.
i ordered a new car and it was supposed to take 10-12 weeks but before the car was even made it then said 16 weeks...... they did not put the money in my account they were very unprofessional , someone meesed up in there accounts departmant.
The service aspect was fine, the front desk service was professional - however I am still awaiting a follow up call on the availability of a part, and the wash/hoover was less than adequate.

I cant get anyone to return my calls I have warranty work to be done and am concerned that knocking problem is worsening I have a long journey shortly and do not want to breakdownI need to have the seat cover replaced on warranty can be seperate
Fixed only one fault of five. Others were not found, normal for this type of car or would not be honoured in warrently (despite being told they would be after the first day of investigation)
Easy to deal with. Fixed time slots available for service work and they kept to time. As job was not completed at first visit as promised, they discounted cost of work.
Always attentive and do a very good job
Friendly team, works timings agreed, taken home so little impact on my day. If a car needed then booking time is too long (only real negative). Coffee/tea area good but even better if you could get work booths installed with power and usb supply.
Great service all round
I was given incorrect information about my car and the time I could collect.
My car was fitted in at short notice service was done within time specified.
Service was easy to book and completed without fuss.
The service staff were excellent as always
The car was cleaned on request but only appeared to be a bit of a rush. A patch was completely missed on the rear bumper. How did that happen if water was used?? Inside a wet cloth was used and it shows in sunlight. Interior windows not cleaned.

originally told that the car was ready for collection. when i arrived it would be another 2hrs minimum (advisor very apologetic) - the car was being returned to me that evening. Worst problem was that it was not repaired properly and needs to go back
The service was good,communication was good,however they supplied me with someone else's invoice for the MOT,this included their name and vehicle details. With the recent GDPR rulings coming into play more care should be given to prevent this.
Pleasant environment, and a friendly, helpful and efficient team.
The only negative was that it look several attempts to get through to the service dept on the phone when I needed to change the date of my service. Otherwise 5 stars, good communication, incredibly helpful, getting me a lift home at the last minute
I like the videos which shows if everything ok with the car
I volunteered the reason for the warning light and after 2 days the technician agreed with my tentative diagnosis and I was charged an excessive minimum workshop fee
Wollaston are very easy to talk to if you have a problem its sorted full stop.
MOT successfully completed but also highlighted items which will need attention before the next one, which allows me to make further appointments before the end of the year.
Car serviced punctually and cleaned well. Main negative was that the service info was not recorded electronically - I spotted this when about to leave so had to return to summon the engineer. Minor point - not offered any drink/food
The front of house staff Are very welcome and smart and nothing is too much trouble and thorough

When i was due to collect my car i had to make an unexpected trip to hospital and the team at Woolaston were great and got my car dropped back to me that week even though it was out of area for them.
From when I purchased the car to having it serviced, much like the above, all staff are very professional and helpful.

All in all this is BMW. This is not another lesser brand of car, in which case i would have expected that kind of service.In the past this BMW centre has been unquestionable and thoroughly reliant, on both mine and my partners car

OUr Manager Ed has been brilliant and very attentive.Reception team and staff were also very accommodating and polite.Just not had the best experience with the new car or the service team.
George was attentive ,patient and not overbearing on trying to make a sale. The team at the centre where helpful and talked through the various options and designs of the car.
The car was built and left the factory just two weeks from the date of order
