All in all this is BMW. This is not another lesser brand of car, in which case i would have expected that kind of service.In the past this BMW centre has been unquestionable and thoroughly reliant, on both mine and my partners car

Took three weeks to get a service booking. The information they held on my car was incorrect and Im expected to drive back there to get it corrected
Having been a customer for 40yrs the service has deteriorated over the last few years, when trying to book the car for service , to speak to someone in service reception,calls are never returned,having to phone back at leased 3 times to get through.
Always Serviced to the highest standard.
Again, Wollaston Motors are always very helpful and very professional
Always professional and as we have used this Dealership for 25 years and up until now have never had any problems hopefully it will continue.
Tyres were replaced at an £90 premium against other tyre suppliers and still it kept telling me to check tyre pressures.
And that time had to be allocated at my cost which would be £87+Vat (to remove dust caps..!!!) my car was returned to me clean-ish condition, im still to get any feedback from The tyre pressure issues ? looks like they were topped up/checked (cont.)

I chose to drop off the car at the dealer and was told the service would take about 1.5hrs .... it actually took nearly 3hrs
Car cleaned inside out.
Took twice as long as originally told it would take, but was not kept informed of the likely delay.When I got the car back I found:dash cam disconnectedradii re-tuned to another stationthe seat back had been adjusted auto lights switched off
The car is performing get better since the service
Had the car from 8am - 5:30 pm but failed to even wash it after the service and Mot.
Car brake fluid changed and various checks carried out without issue. Good feedback re tyres including one having a bulge but no correlation that my reported rough running maybe related given no system errors reported. Tyres changed, issue resolved!
So well informed on what to expect on the day, everything done on time, and the car was showroom clean at the end of it all.
Whilst the service was very good we have not managed to resolve the problem with the cruise control on my car so I can only be fairly satisfied.
Poor customer service. I dropped off my car for a three day visit, this turned into just off a week. Only one of the three issues was fixed, one was not even investigated. I called to make sure the car was fixed but never got a call back.
forgot to mention to me that I had an immediate attention on one of my tyres
One key reason the car came in was to have some warranty repairs and these couldn't be completed due to poor preparation work by the body shop team. The overall experience I have of Wollaston is down to the greatcare and interest shown by Milke York
Very professional and got me in a BMW for the first time...i will never look back
Although the overall service experience was good, the report we received when collecting the car said the vehicle had been complimentary cleaned inside and out. Unfortunately it hadn't.
Everything was as expected
For this visit only, there were issues that I wasnt at all satisfied about. However, in fairness to Wollaston, they made an effort to put things right and this was not an experience I normally have with them. I would still use and recommend them.

I was able to have a timed appointment, rather than loosing the use of my car for at least 1/2 a day
The phones were not being answered on time as l had to call to find out what was happening with my vehicle.
The bmw service team went above and beyond to find me a courtesy car and done this quickly and promptly.
All work required was carried out. Car health check was done. I asked for a call back after the service which did not happen so not completely satisfied.
I had a call advising me the front discs and pads could do with replacing. As I was aiming to change my car soon, I declined. I was told I only had 1mm on the pads, and to use the car as little as possible. The citnow film showed 5mm & 3mm. NOT GOOD!

Done on time which is important when you are waiting for the vehicle.
What matters to me the most, is the honesty, integrity knowledge what you apply to looking after me and my car. You know my needs, wants and can meet.
There was nothing wrong with the service.The car was also booked in for a recall job on the reversing camera but I was told the parts were not in yet.As of yet I still haven't received notification that the parts are in stock yet ! 3 weeks on.

Little bit of a fluster getting the loan car sorted, had been booked in for over two weeks so shouldnt have been such an issue, however of all the bmw garages Ive gone to and dealt with Wollaston is right at the top
Courteous at all times. Staff outstanding in that respect. Unfortunate that I was informed at the end of the day that my MOT failed about the work that needed to be done. However staff quickly responded to my dilemma had made a courtesy car available
Extremely helpful and couteous
Specifically requested it by 3pm. Rang at 2.30 and it was about to go to the workshop. I asked that it be returned to me immediately unserviced. The only reason I havent scored lower is that they rescheduled and offered to collect it next time.
No communication and I constantly had to chase!
Service was okay but had to chase for update on my car.

The arrival process was sorted straight away and the service was done quickly. Very comfortable waiting area and the time flew by while looking at my potential next BMW purchase
The sales team at Wollaston were extremely professional, well informed and helped walk me through the process of buying my car. A stark contrast to the stereotype car salesman. I have bought two cars from them and will buy my next from them in future
My car was booked in for a known fault. Due to poor communication between used sales and service dept. The part it was in for was not in stock on the day it was booked. My car will be back again in 2 weeks. Causing inconvience to me and cost to you.

Can't fault the service levels
Had to wait a while as all staff in a meeting and nobody at desks
Unbelievably excellent service. We needed an urgent repair within 24 hrs as needed the car for half term hols. Kirsty arranged for the car to be booked in to the workshop that evening to be looked at first thing the following day. Repair completed.
Excellent service from all of the people I have met there. From reception through to the technicians.

my first call was to the service desk supervisor Carl, obviously not a mechanic who had been promoted he got my fault completely wrong and something that could and was fixed with in one hour of my arrival had to wait almost a week

Staff friendly and very efficient. Clearly enthusiastic and well trained.
Swift informative & thoroughly professional
It was OK but special requests made by me by phone were not known to Alice who booked in my car. I was disappointed when the i3 offered as a courtesy car hadn't been charged overnight and didn't have the range I needed.
Customer Service and the engineer were excellent and certainly went above and beyond.
Covered the basic break service and also gave me a view of areas that may need attention.
All of the care and service I would expect however my onboard service history was not updated correctly and I had to return to get it updated at a later date which wasnt overly convenient but was sorted as soon as I arrived
The girls on the service desk were friendly and efficient, I was given a nice courtesy car.
Fault was identified and corrected at one visit. Car returned promptly and nice and clean

I didnt feel that I was getting value for money. I felt like I was being asked to have work done that was not necessary. I booked in for oil service but then told I should have microfilter and recirculation filter replaced at total £500+ I declined

When my car didnt turn up on expected handover date due to the snow, BMW Wollaston lent me an X5 for the duration of 6 days. Also the the reveal of my new car was very satisfying.
Quick, easy, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and extremely polite.
Notwithstanding a delay in delivery of my car due to a technical issue, the service and care given by the team and the General Sales Manager, Robert Day, was excellent.
Richard Rhodes and the team have always been very professional and helpful as was Michael Yorke allaying an converns over servicing costs etc.
The ordering process was efficient and i was kept updated on the car build on a regular basis.

The car had to go back for a few days as the sat nav was not installed
It was very stress free!
Having now bought six BMW's from them, all of which have been serviced and (occasionally) repaired - the level of care and attention as well as the personal service is to be admired and appreciated.

Found Ed Boje to be first class. However the overall Showroom experience wasn't so great - very open plan no privacy.Ed's desk is also next to the main showroom entrance !It was a cold day but the showroom was freezingSalesman should have booths

The experience was tarnished by a series of unpleasant hard sells, done in an extraordinarily patronising and heavy handed fashion, for top up insurances - which are next to worthless and bring BMW and the dealership into disrepute.
