Car only god there as they have good technicians. Customer service very poor have had multiple bad experiences . They lost my car the first visit, another told my car was ready ,checked in then waited over 2 hours for it left at 6.15pm are just a few

I received a video of the complementary health check and the original problem was fixed, both in a friendly and professional manner
Having chosen to wait for the vehicle to be serviced the hospitality was much appreciated. The video link on the health check is great.
We booked in at 12.noon with a waiting service, the car did not move in the carpark for an hour, the overall work which was estimated at 50 minutes took over three hours, we could have gone home and come back had we known.We would not wait again

Great service and completes on time car hand d back washed nicely. Did all they could to discount price which is very important.
No courtesy car available which was a shame as I had to make a special all-day visit to the dealership in answer to an urgent recall request from BMW.
I was kept well informed by Hannah in the service team. She processed my fault under warranty and the job was done next day.

I did have a little wonder as my car was with you from early in the morning why I had to wait on pick up for a job to be done. Especially when I had instructed in the morning to go ahead with the work if it was found to be needed to be done.

The service provided by Woollaston is always excellent and professional (did have an issue with the service on my wife's Mini though) but I always cringe at the cost of it.
Only good thing was collecting and delivering the car.
All communicated well in timely fashion
In addition to above, a courtesy car was provided for the duration.
They were quick efficient and kept you up to date from day one.
I was very satisfied with the service
Supplied me a hire car at short notice. Kept abreast of works done to my car by the service team. Car ready and returned to me when stated. Car service done satisfactorily.
The technician was very knowledgeable and listened to my comments. I had complete confidence that the servicing had been completed competently.
Would have been a 5 but for the fact my car got hand washed when it was already immaculate - been washed day before by myself, and unfortunately Wollaston let it dry without leathering it so I picked it up with it looking worse than when it went in
I would have given completely satisfied but for one issue that hasn't been dealt with as yet.
Problem with car still isn't fixed even though it was claimed it was tested.Because i have a Northern Ireland driving licence (still part of the UK) and not a GB licence the insurance excess on the courtesy car was raised to £500 due to their system
Staff are friendly. Little disappointed that given the vehicle also had a recall notice a curtesy vehicle was not available for 5 weeks.

Wollaston BMW Was excellent but the booking in service was inefficient
Booking was very easy and I managed to get booked in straight away. The service from the staff was excellent and while I waited for the work to be carried out, the breakfast and coffee provided was a nice touch.
Work was required urgently due to a forthcoming holiday and the work was treated accordingly
They were unable to provide a courtesy car

Again, it's down to cost of service.
I noticed an improvement in customer service at my last visit. I didnt have to wait long to be served as I have done in the past and staff were much more polite and curtious.

Flexible and the schedule was spot on.
The package of welcoming, directing, and processing was good, it was friendly, relaxed by effiecient, everyone was approachable, and willing to help, So the face to face bit is excellent.

Seems to be a lack of communication between reception department and service dept. I took two tries and endless phone call to get service department and car collection to actually tie up.
It would be very hard to improve on the customer service.

Was asked if I wanted my car cleaned and valeted. I said yes please to inside and it wasn't done. Disappointed. Would have been better if they didn't ask in the first place.
Problem was sorted very quickly and I was charged less then the original quote which was good.
Two new tyres fitted and alloys damaged in process
I had an issue with the brakes on a recently purchased vehicle, Kelly Masters and Max Crutwell have been fantastic in helping to resolve matters. Both have gone above and beyond to ensure they could resolve my issues.
Informed of service and cost before any work carried out so no nasty surprises when settling the account.

Despite clearly asking for my car not to be washed it was washed. This might not seem like a big deal to most but my car is polished by a professional retailer and I take the highest level of care washing it myself to ensure there are no swirls

Documentation not accurately completed, incorrect mileage recorded on the service report and contact information address, telephone, email not accurate even though it had been previously advised. No issues with the actual service on the car

Kept informed at all times whilst car was being fixed. No question it was fixed under warranty without any hassle and a courtesy car was made available for the two days
The service at Wollaston is extremely friendly and professional. However,the car was not clean when I collected it, but most frustrating of all, the rear nearside wheel had been slightly scraped.
See above,Also when you book your car in for a service or something, if your team find any other little thing that needs doing - the car needs to be booked in for a new visit to get that done rather than just doing it!

Very good service
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was given a lovely courtesy vehicle and kept updated with progress.
The person I dealt with was clear and concise and got the job done quickly
they found the faulty parts and ordered new ones, also managed the 3rd party warranty perfectly

After having a few bad experiences at other garages, I was nothing short of impressed with the efficiency and professionalism at BMW Wollaston. Hannah who looked after me was great and made everything so much easier.
Work completed effectively and on time
Felt very welcomed, lounge was very relaxed whilst waiting for work to be completed. Did not give 5 stars as I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of a small issue with the car until the very end, whereas it could of been done whilst on a ramp.

Eventually after returning the car because the stop start was not working following the recall, together with several dash functions ie AM/PM in wrong order for time of day,Date readout in wrong order,economy gear change not showing on the dash..

Had car for number of days. I had to call for progress update. They didn't sound convinced had fixed the main drivetrain problem but didn't replace exhaust valve. Car had same issue few days later. Car delivered back at different time to that agreed.
The only issue, was that they thought they had cleaned my car, but it hadnt been done, no biggie and I'm sure an honest oversight
Good efficient service
Took longer than expected and I had to chase the service adviser because I saw my car outside waiting for me.
I was running on a tight schedule and the service was completed in advance of the estimated time.

Car purchased new in Sept '16. In May '17 displayed 'transmission fault', so booked in with Woolaston. When I asked about a courtesy car I was told none available. A courtesy car should have been provided without question for a car under warranty.
My car was back with me in less than 48 hour much quicker than I expected.
It's the second time I have taken the car in for this problem, and it still isn't resolved. It's going back in next week. But I must add that I have been treated very well by the service department.
Had an issue with reccomendations for 2 x new tyres when legally they were not required. also they had only worn on the outside and as such the vehicle must have been tracking badly.
Service carried out promptly, staff kept me updated whilst I waited, and I was offered refreshments whilst I waited.
Would have been completely but for delay in petrol vehicles.
Customer service, friendly staff, not at all pushy, managed to find the exact car I spec'd within 3weeks when the initial estimate was 20weeks. :-)
Largely satisfied. However, there was some damage to the car that is having to be repaired.
unfortunately the car was delivered with audio/navigation system non functional (no sound)
I was looked after very well on each visit to the centre. Reception staff were always polite and helpful. Adam kept me informed throughout, ensuring I was satisfied. He provided an excellent demonstration of my BMW and has since made a follow up call

The service from the dealer was exceptional. When going to Wollaston we always felt welcome and offered good hospitality. Our dealer rep, Denis, was always helpful and re-assuring and had very good product knowledge. Car came with full tank of fuel.

Everything was very simple and displayed clearly. Although my car was actually delayed being made and delivered, I was given a good courtesy car for this period which was completely hassle free and was kept up to date by Denis Kudasev.

Richard Rhodes has looked after me for 2 of my 3 last purchases. His sister Garage North Oxford got my other business but it is always a pleasure to deal with Richard even though I think I can drive him made with my change of directions when choosing
from first chat to organising the test drive he was very informative. Providing me the car for 24hrs test drive not only convinced me to buy the 4 series but upgrade from manual to auto.
Richard Rhodes has looked after us now for about 12 years and we buy a new BMW from him approx every 18 months. He is always professional and helpful throughout the buying process and then ensures the handover is done in a comprehensive manner

Very satisfied with the experience and the way the handover was done. Only issue is with how long the delivery took. Was conveyed to me it would take 7 weeks which it did but would of thought it wouldn't take that long for a car of that brand.
