Very high prices!
The Reason For My Rear Tyres Being Bald On The Inside Was Not Investigated. Meaning I Had To Return With The Vehicle.07778 996450
Only after the service did it become apparent why it needed the service - brake pads - and 30K miles of quite gentle driving seems not a lot for a set of brake pads.
The service provided was exactly as promised. My only quible is that the BMW service system requires low mileage cars to have too many service visits. In my case 2 visits in a year when I only covering about 6K miles.
Good communication and timely delivery
Car had software update and felt more responsive ...thank goodness. The concern as a customer is that software updates can change the feel of your car... I guess in the same way software updates can slow down your home computer.
Friendly, efficient and highly competent. All this and free breakfast too!
Used Wollaston for 2 different vehicles recently. Comms and service were good, but 2 visits called for parts which were not available from stock. As the items were brake pads and tyres I was surprised they were not available for immediate fitting.

Refused to service my car before a trip to Europe, as it was slightly under the interval. But then went on to service my dads 235i which was under the mileage.

As question 1 answer but part ordered 17/11/17 to be fitted on service 21/12/17 was not fitted and I am still waiting as of 2/1/18
My waiting time was expertly supported by friendly staff and coffee and a delicious bacon sandwich.

On arrival they were not ready for me.A new system had just gone live and my vehicle details were incorrect.I wasn't given a service check sheet.A few days later my wife found two small bolts in the passenger foot well which hadn't been put back.

The service from the service staff was A* but the reason for the 3 stars is.. my car was washed for me and it wasn't a good. There were water marks everywhere, the bonnet has light scratches now. The rear view mirror had finger marks. Very poor wash
For the same reasons as in Q.1 above. Communication with the dealership was straightforward and the service was well executed. The service department also called me to seek my authorisation to proceed once they had a cost estimate.
Everything as expected, required
Compared to the complimentary after care that we receive on our smart car, whilst everything was taken care of, some of the experience was a little lacking. Smart offer 4 free valets/ yr and will do tyre pressure and any levels as part of their care
Very pleased with the level of service provided by the BMW team.
Excellent professional and friendly service and they do not try and sell you any extras! Went for a winter check and only think I'm not happy with is the winter kit. A scraper and a de-icer. Although free not really worth £39.99 as they claim!

I would have given 5 stars but we had a little misunderstanding about the work required when I booked the car in. Everything was sorted out satisfactorily.
Dropped car off at 8am. Arranged to pick up @ 3. Got call at 2.30 to say ready. I got delayed & didn't arrive till 4 but car not ready- it hadn't had valet which they then rushed through & did a real poor job of. Made me late for a meeting.
They said they were going to provide a complimentary wash but failed to do so.
The service was excellent from start to finish. I would particularly like to commend Michael York,the service manager.

This was a while you wait service, my car was ready in less than 2 hours, I also took the opportunity to take a pre-arranged test drive the new 5 series while I was waiting.
Completely satisfied with job done
The process of booking was painful as was the subsequent communication with various members of the Wollaston team to have to warranty repairs undertaken. I still have a message in the car saying service due which Im still trying to get a reply !?

I was disappointed that the discount offered off the service cost was not applied to all items as that seemed rather nit picking; if you charge to dispose of oil surely the discount should apply to that cost as well as to the replacement??
They did everything asked of them and were responsive to a query I had with the sat.nav.
My experience was everything I expected. All timely and expensive just like Inwas quoted.Not sure I have received my body shop quote.My cars service history has not updated in the internal memory.
As above plus the car returned ahead of schedule, clean, with all work complete.The only drawback is the long wait between booking and the service if you need a courtesy car - over three weeks.
Score 4.5Just a key mix up at the end.

Swift efficient friendly service
Work carried out as agreed. Car handed back cleaned and on time. After an operation I was in a bit of pain so without being asked the staff member brought the vehicle to me at the front door. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

The fault we'd identified with our car was carefully diagnosed and dealt with. We were kept informed of progress throughout the time the car was at the garage
My car went in to have wheels changed to winter tyres which I was told would take about 1 1/2 hours. This in fact took 2 1/2 hours and I had to chase them up twice as I had arranged to collect a friend from hospital on basis of what I had been told.

The only issue encountered which has limited the score to a 4 rather than a 5 was that my loan car, a BMW i3, was not fully charged when I dropped my car off for it's service and so I had to wait in the service lounge until the i3 had enough charge.
Customer Service is excellent. From the moment you phone to book the vehicle in the staff are polite. The courtesy call the day prior is very well received and a personal touch. The staff are very personable & make you feel like the customer.

My car was in for service, a few parts needed to be ordered so it was kept over for a few days until I could collect it. I was offered a loan car but didnt require one.Kirsty the service manager is very helpful and attentive.

This branch was helpful overall and I got my new tyre fitted, but they were not as easy to deal with as either my local York branch, or BMW assist.
My car went in for an engine noise, I was told this was part of the car.I was also informed the new car would not support my I-pod which was annoying. The courtesy car was dirty inside, felt occupied and was not a pleasant experience

Good experience - welcome, sandwich, car clean, all great. Surprised to get a call a couple of days later to say i had to bring the car in again to complete an oil service which id intended to do in a few weeks time. Engineer admin error.
The salesman was superb however the way the car was presented to me was extremely disappointing
Information and attention to detail.
The service was fine but the condition of the car afterwards was not up to the usual standards. The wash was very bad. There were streaks and strange greasy marks on the exterior. The interior had been hoovered but the dash etc had not been touched.
I have been visiting the Wollaston service department for over four years and never had an issue but my last service was really poor, the video had no sound, i wasn't allowed to book my car back in and never received a phone when i was promised

Very good service throughout. Only issue was that the sales consultant was unable to initially place my order due to IT problems with internet access. He tried in vein but I had to return the next day.
