The courtesy car was given to use was filthy inside, lots of dirt on the surfaces, not just dust, ingrained dirt - I would of expected cars that are supplied for this use to be cleaned before being supplied

Hate how expensive everything is, and there's nowhere else to go. Main reason I've since sold my car. No matter how big or small the repair or issue is, it's thousands of pounds. The positive is the repairs are really good.

I took my car to have the telematics battery checked and replaced. Bmw staff checked my car for other things that may need attention. This is very useful information to someone who is not technical. It allows you to take proactive action

I always have a reservation in going to BMW centers due to the high costs of services. Then this happened even when I kept saying that a regeneration has already been done, twice at least. It has to be done by themselves and obviously pay again.

The service from Keely was great-she took the time to explain everything. The reason I haven't scored higher is because I was disappointed that despite paying almost £800 which included 3 new tyres, I still had a warning saying pressure was low.

Headlight was replaced under warranty on same day the car was left in, which was great. However, service advisor gave me less than 1 hour notice to come and pick my car up before dealership closed so they could have courtesy car back on same day.

I received a courtesy car whilst my vehicle was being serviced. I travelled exactly 34 miles and was charged £17.00 for fuel. The most expensive gallon of fuel I have ever used. The courtesy car was an X2 1.6 petrol. Not happy.
