Wollaston Motors has raised over £17,000 for NC TLC21/11/2016
We’re delighted to announce that our recent charity evening held at the Lighthouse Northampton was a huge success and raised over £9,000 for our nominated charity NC TLC.
Wollaston has now smashed its target of £13,000, raising a total of £17,500 so far this year and in doing so we have raised enough money to send 20 children and their families on a 3-night Christmas fantasy break to Butlins in December 2016.
For those unaware of the charity; NC TLC Trust is a children’s cancer charity based in Earls Barton which was set up in July 2008 by the Smith family after their son TJ underwent treatment for Leukaemia. NC TLC offers emotional and practical support to the entire family living with childhood cancers.
The event at the Lighthouse included a raffle, auction, live music and our guests enjoyed complimentary champagne and mini fish & chips, courtesy of the Lighthouse.
As well as a great range of donated raffle prizes, a fantastic selection of auction prizes were donated including a trip to Woburn golf course, a luxury Norfolk cottage stay, a selection of track days and many more.
We are truly grateful to all our sponsors and donators including Lighthouse Northampton, Old House, Oradi Dental, The Saints rugby team, MediaBase, CDK Global UK, SeckingtonsHair, Northamptonshire Cricket Club and many others for their generous support.
On behalf of all the team at Wollaston, thank you to everyone who has supported this very worthwhile charity. We are overwhelmed by the support we’ve received and are delighted that the money will be put towards such an enjoyable experience for the children and bring a smile to their faces this Christmas.
