Im accurate waiting times and lack of communication during the appointment.
Just not impressed generally. Phones too busy, lack of expertise with some service reception staff, then the poor advice and possible service issue as written above.
I have always been happy with the quality of customer service. Only reason for the 4/5 rating is the prices seemed to have gone up considerably from last year?
Because the problem that it went in for is not fixed completely
Efficient service and good communication
Good communication by mobile phone kept me informed when my car was in the garage.
So smooth - and surprisingly good value. While I have a service package, I was surprised at the competitive cost of front brake pads and discs - my previous car, a Subaru Outback, ate brakes faster and cost more.
Customer Service was great, but wasnt too happy with water marks after my vehicle has been washed. Seriously, had to go to a car wash straight away.
The whole experience is seamless from the time you book until you collect your car. I particularly like the regular updates on how the car is progressing so you can manage your day.
Ridiculous delay in being able to book a car in either for a service or a fault. Last time had to get it recovered by BMW rescue to get it fixed. Clearly don't have enough technicians or courtesy cars.

Five star service from arrival to departure the team really care and are very attentive. The information is accurate and the car was ready before the stated time. Sapphire was extreameley professional and gives a great customer experience
Took car in for annual service and MOT, found other problems which took over two months to complete.
First call for MOT was supposed to get a call back from centre but didnt. Had to chase up the call myself. However I was squeezed in when already fully booked due to my MOT expiring sooner than the earliest booking
All works carried out and checked as requested

Car was not cleaned as ordered and no courtesy call to say it was ready.
Helpful and convenient
Booked the car in the showroom. Was called when work completed.
Had to wait nearly a month to book car in and for courtesy car to be available.
Everything went like clockwork.
Other than having to wait a couple of weeks for a slot. Everything was made easy for me.
One job not done. Had to wait too long for vehicle to be brought after paying. Brake fluid light not reset following work done
The fault was with the emissions valve regulator, which I needed to have repaired urgently before my departure to France 72 jours later. Wollaston was honest enough to tell me the fault was a common one with this diesel engine.
Helpfull staff who explained everything in detail
I didn't have to wait for a long time to book an appointment. I had my car recalled and the job was done very quickly.
Small problem with the car, all the staff did all they could to remedy the fault.
Trying to give a high level of service, but compared to other franchises I use for other cars (Honda and Ford) the service is worse. Pointless video of the vehicle check only talking about tyres and brakes, no confirmation other items were completed.
Service done on time. Video to show service. Car cleaned. Genuine parts. Polite staff, nice showroom, tidy service area.

Car was not ready by agreed time
We were told someone would call after service was completed. No one did.We called and were told someone would call before 6pm.No one did.The car was kept for a second night.We had to call the next morning and requested the car to be delivered.
Didn't like being ignored ,when I first went in .But after that it was ok.
I would have awarded 5 stars but the diagnostics checks resulted in some negative effects.Firstly remote opening of tail gate and secondly all sat nav addresses were converted to lat and longitude referencesI need to be confident that all is well
Please see the comments above.I was also put off the quality of your engineers when they said they would have to break my tyre valves due to ceased dust caps. I used wd40 and a 10mm socket. It took less than 1 minute to undo the caps.

Faults were raised and resolved, which is what I expect during a service.
More than happy with the timeframe and short video I am sent.
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Unfortunately the issue the car was booked in for, returned with 3 days. As I never received a report as to what work was done, I am not in a position to understand whether the issue was misdiagnose etc.
When I went to collect my car, they had lost my keys. Only after 25 minutes they explained this to me. They found them after 45 minutes,I was not told the cost of the service on booking or when I called to collect my car, so the cost was a shock
I'm never comfortable that I'm getting a fair deal. Not for the first time the final price is not the same as the quoted price, with no discussion in between. Told it was standard fixed pricing...however at invoice it was more.
Whilst you did confirm you had time to fit the advanced eye ( Front and Rear) this should have been booked in already.Other work requested not carried out as above.

i ordered a new car and it was supposed to take 10-12 weeks but before the car was even made it then said 16 weeks...... they did not put the money in my account they were very unprofessional , someone meesed up in there accounts departmant.
I would have liked the problem I had quoted fixed no quibble, the car is covered by BMW comprehensive warranty. Not parts I would expect wear and tear from. Looks more like a recall issue, future cars now have an added bracket to holdup the intake.
I received an e-mail with a video attached but I couldn't hear any commentary otherwise satisfactory.
The service aspect was fine, the front desk service was professional - however I am still awaiting a follow up call on the availability of a part, and the wash/hoover was less than adequate.
I cant get anyone to return my calls I have warranty work to be done and am concerned that knocking problem is worsening I have a long journey shortly and do not want to breakdownI need to have the seat cover replaced on warranty can be seperate
Fixed only one fault of five. Others were not found, normal for this type of car or would not be honoured in warrently (despite being told they would be after the first day of investigation)
I felt that the sales staff appeared to have the customer as well as BMW's interests in mind.
Great service again, showed me around the car and showed me how everything worked, very satisfied
Both of the sales people I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable on the product
OUr Manager Ed has been brilliant and very attentive.Reception team and staff were also very accommodating and polite.Just not had the best experience with the new car or the service team.
George was attentive ,patient and not overbearing on trying to make a sale. The team at the centre where helpful and talked through the various options and designs of the car.
The car was built and left the factory just two weeks from the date of order
Everyone was friendly and polite, good coffee too.
