I was promised a follow-up call the day after the service (Saturday) to advise the cost of a new undersill. Call never came. That's bad
This is not a Wollaston issue as I'm sure they tested the EGR valve to the parameters set by BMW. Perhaps these need to be reviewed give it then gave issue only a few thousand miles later.
The servicing was very good. The valetting was hurried and Windows inside were not up to the usual standard.
Again service very professional and whilst waiting we had a complimentary lunch
Car not returned when agreed, so I had to cancel an MOT booking at another garage.Car did not have MOT performed when I was told it would be ready.When I collected it, car had only 19 miles of fuel in - insufficient for me to get to an appointment.
Service team were excellent
I didn't have to ask anything....I was updated all the time, very professional and more importantly..extremely nice people !

I was sent via BMW assist route even though I drove my car to garage on Saturday afternoon initially and they said there was no point in looking at it as they had no diagnosis people working or parts or hire cars available.
This was a while you wait service scheduled for 1pm. They were ready for the car when I arrived and delivered it back within the planned time frame.
The fault was not fixed. It was simply explained to me that is not an issue when it clearly is. BMW are a quality brand, a knocking noise from a brake is not something that should be ignored.
With Ford they arranged a car for me,a pick up or a taxi. Not from BMW. I asked for a estimate to fix my mirror. Would have been nice to have been talked through the estimate - I Might have even booked car in to be fixed !
Contradictory information given by staff in service and tyre department and certainly not borne out by video from the technician / mechanic.
Slightly disappointed the MOT was completed off site at an associated business otherwise excellent as usual
The Collection and Delivery service was first class - carried out by a Driver named Richard Clarke.
Everybody's been very helpful however I did have an abortive trip last week when the parts needed were not available so I needed to rebook

I had to wait three weeks to be booked in to have my fault diagnosed, costing me £200 in fuel as I could not charge. My car was kept for 5 days, after day 2 the service department were never available to answer my calls for progress updates.
Again i would like to had someone say issue occurred for whatever reason, so i know myself what had happened to cause it in the first place, otherwise the wollaston did a very good job.
Although my complaint was sorted there were a string of complaints to be dealt with. service not recorded on car system, MOT requirement not advised 10 days before due, service not carried out correctly, work not completed as asked.
It is very pleasing to get your your car serviced so promptly after arriving at the scheduled time and to leave in under a two hour wait in the comfort of the waiting area and the Hot Chocolate is delicious
Very satisfied with the service from Wollaston Motors, my only criticism would be the cost of tyres which is significantly more expensive than nearly every other supplier.

I've put very satisfied & not completely satisfied as I had to go back in for a problem to be sorted that had been created while in to check another problem & because 1 problem could not be fixed as they couldn't find out what was causing the it.

As above, service was faultless but £1000+ for a service puts a main dealer experience outside the reach of many customers.
I know I had a choice, but new front tyres to replace those with 4mm of tread because a 'flat spot' may be causing the noise.....really? The car has ABS and is most certainly not driven on a track so how does flat-spotting occur?

The only minor gripe was I was asked if I would like a complimentary car clean and on collection and driving away the car hadnt been cleaned.
I was given a video appraisal of the work carried out on my car which was cleaned inside and out on completion.
Because at the moment it doesnt cost me anything

speedy fix to problem
Fault on car was rectified but not enough information given or apology. The car is three months old and 01788 on the clock. (Brand new)Purchased with 20 Miles. Car already registered at dealer.
CR was done, but timing was terrible. If the car had been taken in at 8am when I arrived i would not have had the additional stress. Also when the car was MOTd the filling week the tech questioned the need for full set of discs at 51,000 miles.
Friendly staff. They took the time to check if my repair was covered under extended warranty Unfortunate wasnt this time. I may have to think about extended warranty for next year
I sent the car in with squeaking/grinding brakes around 6 weeks after buying it. I was disapointed with the 40 minute wait for a courtesy car but Wollaston replaced all brake components for free
I was informed that I would be charged for investigation of creaking noises when my wing mirrors folded out. As the car was under warranty I refused this option. The invoice showed that they had investigated the creak and applied lube at no charge
Everything seemed well organised
Two hour waiting appointment was actually three hours. Asked for car not to be washed, but it was and not very well.
Not much waiting time, used the teas and coffees for the time I did wait and was told what was happening. The only thing I would like to be improved was the price, I feel it was ridiculously expensive for just an oil and filter change.
Phone answered promptly to book, welcoming customer waiting area with excellent clean facilities, excellent personal online service walk round of the car by mechanics, kept up to date by service advisor, very fair and honest cost charging system.

No filters in stock for a basic service- still waiting contact on when they will be (3 weeks now). Quick to point out tyre problem and even quicker with the price of a new one. All very revenue driven, not about customer service.
The service was done in the time given, however l needed to clean a couple of areas on the interior leather following this service. ( Passenger seat and passenger door arm rest)
A good experience, service carried within the expected time.
+ staff are nice+ loan car+ car wash+ standards- missing keys on pick up (lots of faffing)- car settings being changed ie found myself driving in the dark without lights and drivers seat moved- no more morning coffee and bacon sandwiches :-(
Nothing was too much trouble.
The garage knew I was coming, and did everything to make sure I was back on the road swiftly.
Our salesman Jason Bell always gives us a really warm welcome and the impression we get is that this is very genuine and is of course most appreciated
I do find the prices quoted on the BMW Service website differ significantly from those that Wollaston attempt to apply for example BMW website suggest 309 pound for rear discs and pads Wollaston try to charge me 429
We like the video telling about tread depth and brake wear
Our 2hr appointment became 4hrs which with 2 kids was painful. We were offered food on arrival at 10am but were not hungry. We were then told it would take longer. I checked at 1pm, was told 30mins and we left after 2pm with no further offer of food.
i used this wollaston bmw for number of years, most of the time is good i have no problem, but this time, try to find out for the order part, no one can give a straight answer, 2 month for part that is already paid but the girl on side is not charge

Bad service at first visit, they damaged my car whist it was with them. Lack of communication re fixing it. Now a fault on my car, I went to collect as it was 'fixed' it wasnt. They said they had road tested the vehicle but no extra miles on clock
The complimentary hand car was was atrocious. I had to take it elsewhere for cleaning the following day as there were so many water marks visible.
They messed up big time twice but then remedied
Fast lane service booked for 10am the car was still waiting where I had parked it until 10:40 (I could see from the waiting area). Why book time slots when they are no adhered to? I wasn't informed there was a problem with time.
The staff updated me when required, were courteous and polite. I would have given full marks but they forgot to clean the car!
Would like to have been given a drink whilst waiting for car (Mercedes actually do this) or told to help myself

My vehicle was washed - it said it had also been valeted on the paperwork, but it had not. Whilst it was relatively clean (it was spotless before it went in!!),it had a lot of watermarks left on the doors, and also on all of the chrome.
Satisfied with Service and MOT carried out. Unfortunately my car was suppose to have had it's End of Warranty check up, as booked. Did not receive any paperwork to confirm it had been carried out. Tel'd Sat 8th Sept & left msg but have not recd resp

The customer service wasnt great this time
Very good friendly service, Carl was particularly helpful. The only gripes I have is waiting 3weeks to have my car looked at and I feel if you have an electric car it should be fully charged when its returned to you.
Parts counter and booking in procedures very slow
The radio in my new X3 is not as good as the radio in my previous X3, not even as good as the radio in my wife's Skoda Fabia. It went in for tests. The report of those tests does not match my records in the radios performance..(Continud in Box 3)

It was more expensive that I anticipated
Service took over 2.5 hours.Windscreen was marked so had to return to Woolaston to get it rectified.Car clean was 6/10 e.g. dirty water marks on the windowsBUT waiting environment and customer service from staff on service desk was very good.
delay in being able to check in vehicle, no parts available and then extended delay. 6 weeks from part failure to achieve repair.. Service rep good though.

Please read my earlier comments. I would expect customer service to take ownership and communicate effectively and appropriately with customers. Particularly if there has been a delay in completing work within a stated timescale.
Every thing was completely satisfying
It took three separate visits to successfully complete an oil service due to error made by the dealer.The service adviser John could not be faulted and was very apologetic with regards to the mistakes, but the repeated visits were inconvenient.
My car was returned dirty. This could have been a misunderstanding as when getting the faulty wheels checked I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I took this to be washed at that time and not when it went in for a service and to swap the wheels.
Everything went smoothly on this occasion.The person dealing with me was very polite and kept me informed of what was required
We know when our car is going into BMW for a service it will be looked after and that everything will be done to a very high standard we have always have been very pleased with our car when we collect it , also it is always very clean inside and out

Quick to book car in with vehicle detail taken from registration number. Car dropped in on agreed date. They owned the problem and kept car until satisfied that it was fixed. Great communication before, during and after the service.
We were told that the service would take an hour and a half but in fact it was over 2 hours before it was ready. I know this included a clean but suggested timing should have included this in the first place. As it was we had to keep reminding them

I have purchased my third consecutive bmw from the same dealership. The purchase process was easy and I was kept informed with the build progression throughout. The delivery was well organised and I drove away extremely happy.

During the period of purchase to collection of my new car the communication from the dealership was very poor. I actually found out my new car was at the dealership from the company fitting the adaptions to the car for me!
There was a problem with the original delivery date which was changed by BMW UK. Although arguably this was out of the control of the BMW centre itself
