Please read my earlier comments. I would expect customer service to take ownership and communicate effectively and appropriately with customers. Particularly if there has been a delay in completing work within a stated timescale.

It took three separate visits to successfully complete an oil service due to error made by the dealer.The service adviser John could not be faulted and was very apologetic with regards to the mistakes, but the repeated visits were inconvenient.

Very friendly staff. Customer waiting area is very pleasant. Hot drinks are available the the complimentary lunch is a wonderful gesture which shows you value your customers.

My car was returned dirty. This could have been a misunderstanding as when getting the faulty wheels checked I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I took this to be washed at that time and not when it went in for a service and to swap the wheels.

Quick to book car in with vehicle detail taken from registration number. Car dropped in on agreed date. They owned the problem and kept car until satisfied that it was fixed. Great communication before, during and after the service.

We were told that the service would take an hour and a half but in fact it was over 2 hours before it was ready. I know this included a clean but suggested timing should have included this in the first place. As it was we had to keep reminding them

Would have been completely satisfied, however I had booked car in first thing in the morning for a service whilst I waited. I was expecting complementary coffee & breakfast pastries as always before. Coffee was available but no pastries.

experience over my 3 yrs of ownership has generally been good - but the end of warranty check and issues that have arisen has been very unsatisfactory - see 1.

My car qualified for a service pack but was told no it did not qualify and only when I insisted did they look into it again and thanks to Kelly the pack was offered which I bought

From a sales point it’s 10/10 for Wollaston but the service level is lacking any sense of quality. Due to the wait for an appointment, failure to clear a warranty issue during a service call and the failure to get bodywork to look at the car.

The whole experience is seamless from the time you book until you collect your car. I particularly like the regular updates on how the car is progressing so you can manage your day.

So smooth - and surprisingly good value. While I have a service package, I was surprised at the competitive cost of front brake pads and discs - my previous car, a Subaru Outback, ate brakes faster and cost more.

Customer Service was great, but wasn’t too happy with water marks after my vehicle has been washed. Seriously, had to go to a car wash straight away.

Ridiculous delay in being able to book a car in either for a service or a fault. Last time had to get it recovered by BMW rescue to get it fixed. Clearly don't have enough technicians or courtesy cars.
