Precise, only problem was expensive cost for service

Hand over procedure. I was told your car is in the car park and was left to find it myself. At Mercedes Peterborough I am always escorted to my car and a full description of works carried out is given at the car.
Good, personable and knowledgeable staff. Helpful and informative. Jasmine, handling the process was very good.
Service receptionist (not the lady who served me) ignore customers and do not signal one to sit down and wait etc. They act like they are too budy for humans.
Car was booked in for brake fluid change and prop shaft change. It was left with dealer the night before. Went to collect at 5:30pm and not ready. Waited 1hr to find only the brake fluid change had been done. Had to book in again for prop shaft work
There as no communication from them during the day and i had to call in to find out the status of the repair in the evening before i could arrange for the keys to be collected
My last visit was when we booked an appointment to change the engine oil and filter. Same evening a warning message appeared on the screen ( dangerous to drive the car) All the oil leaked from the engine . I left my car in Virgin Active over night.
VERY EFFICIENT SERVICE
Told car was ready but had to wait a long time to get keys back
Said my car would be ready at 5.30pm. Arrived at 5.20, then I had to wait until 6.10 for my car. They washed it, but there was water all over it, and my number plate sticker was peeling off. Bit annoyed I was told to pop back the next day

Trying to get to someone to tell me if the car was ready and being told they couldn't find me or my car - when I have two cars acquired from new from you in 2018!!
The beautiful staff member that assisted me in correcting the faults on my vehicle was very professional,and helpful.
The service was carried out very efficiently. I had hoped two issues I raised would be dealt with then too but am happy to have an appointment fixed for them.

Went in with no issues and came out with two. Which one hasn't been able to get sorted!
Generally it is great at Northampton however I find it hard that there is never a car available for months in advance. Also I used to get Breakfast offered if I had to wait I believe because I have know chosen an X1 instead of my 320 tourer business.
Service staff still had a brake fluid service noted as a requirement for this time, even though my car had this done several months earlier. The courtesy wash missed the area between the nearside rear wheel arch and bumper.
Mark ensures the appropriate level of service for a £70k car purchase.
Just sloppy planning and implementation. The time before they forgot to leave my key in the boot after hours so they had to deliver it to my home
an issue with my tyre when in for a service. I was told by the tyre technician it would be done by4. Nobody called me to let me know there was a delay and wouldn't be ready until 5.30 was booked in at 12 and don't live locally very disappointed!!
My service at BMW Wollaston has always been fantastic as I usually deal with Mark French and he is excellent, however after dealing with the service team I am very dissatisfied with the service
I was promised someone would call me back to let me know about my cars progress and about getting me a similar car to mine while mine was being repaired. I had to call bmw to find multiple people were dealing with my query.
Friendly staff, good communication work completed without any drama.

Kelly kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle during the morning. She was very accommodating with the pick up time as I arrived quite late.
My experience with BMW Northampton was first class. The salesman, Edward Bouje, who handled the purchase of my X3 was fantastic. I found Ed always polite, honest and straight talking with no flannel - pls ask Ed to keep up the good work

Good service but no longer value
I never liked dealing with Northampton Mercedes, I found them brusque and unhelpful. Northampton Audi were a complete contrast and were also very helpful and efficient. I have to say on my first visit I found you to be excellent. Nice people.
Vehicle fixed promptly, delivered back to me washed and hoovered lovely and clean thank you.
Booked in for front and rear brakes to be checked and battery (bulb replaced too which was completed) Didn't appear that the battery had been tested at all.
Missed out on complimentary car valet.
Car was washed despite asking for it not to be. I left the car for the day but waited from 4pm until 6pm as it had still not been done. And asked for 3 warranty items to be looked at, they were not and was offered a new appointment in 2 months....
Very good staff who tried to help me with issues on my vehicle
They haven't fixed the fault. I still have a squeaky rear windscreen wiper

Very happy with Denis Kudasev . Excellent communication . Not happy about time left waiting for phone to be answered for general enquiries and attitude of some of people in service department.
I was advised on the day i had more mileage not he car and the free service i had agreed was no longer valid.
The staff are efficient and pleasant, the work was carried out on time and the car was cleaned.
No call back no direct number to call. Problem with wiper not solved.

I was informed the service would take approximately two hours. After three hours waiting I queried the position with service reception only to find the car had been ready for some time but the keys had not been returned.
Online service booking was very easy. Phone reminder and confirmation of appointment gave confidence. Service agent was expecting me and waiting area was very pleasant.
Fix did not work so far has to be booked in again. Failed as soon as I picked up the car in their car park!!

I showed you that the cruise control switch was broken, booked in 3 weeks before the repair why did you not at lease have the part in the day before only arrived at lunch time on the day it was booked in on if the truck had broken down no car for me!
it was very difficult to get a time booked, getting through to service department is also diffcult, and they don't return calls.
Second bad experience. A free coffee in the waiting area is little recompense for the level of service given. Appalling for a main dealer.
The agent explained what work was to be carried out and the possible outcomes - managed my expectations. On completion, I was given a comprehensive account of what had been done.
The lady who took my booking and arranged the loan car was excellent and very customer focused.Car was meant to have been cleaned and it wasnt.

I had to hire a car as you had none available, this hire car arrived at 11 am nobody told me it had arrived until l chased at 12.30!
The problems were dealt with professionally to my satisfaction.
I had a problem with pothole damage to my car. Delivered to Wollaston on Saturday. They called to let me know it had arrived and my car was repaired and collected by me on Monday 30th December. Outstanding
Did not get back to me regarding replacement tyre price
I was a bit demanding to be honest. I had a window of 2 hours before I absolutely utterly had to be somewhere. The agent on the phone wasn't sure if this would be possible to fit everything in but I was assured on the day it would be ok. It was.

Car in from 845. Missed call from bmw at 1600. When returned no one knew who called me. Picked car up at 1715. Found out I had two illegal tyres. Service had no idea whether you could fix this the next day or if tyres were even in stock.
Took nearly two weeks to fix problem

Sales advisor PAUL was very polite. Had very good communication skills. Did not appear pushy for a purchase decision. Very informative and always had a friendly greeting even after purchase when I had an issue. .

Great communication so I knew what was happening every step of the way. Bob had the time to go through how everything worked on the car which was great because no one has ever done that before with other makes of car I have purchased.
Score 4.5 Completely satisfied except for having to resign finance agreement due to a data input error (VIN number) which meant another visit to the dealership. Why is the survey now asking me to make comments on my score when I have done so already!
The service received prior, during and at handover of my new car were exceptional - the car itself it better than I had thought!

Cannot find fault anywhere
Mainly due to the items above, where Connor answered all of my questions and stuck to the brief.
A little disapointed with the level of exterior cleaning. Windows smeared and light surface scratching from a dirty leather over the bonnet. To be fair this was rectified at a return visit.
The sales rep. was friendly and courteous, very familiar with the product and clearly demonstrated and explained the various features of the car.
This is the 4th car we have purchased and each time we have delt with Tony Soto. He is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. He made sure that everything ran smoothly from choosing the car to when I picked it up.
George ensured all of my needs were satisfied.

We have always enjoyed visiting Wollaston Motors in Northampton as all the staff are very helpful, polite and caring. The building is very modern and the refreshments are super. It is a comforting experience especially in the Winter time. Superb!!
Two valve caps missing. Probably rushed PDI. No proof car had the Protect X applied, would expect maybe an after care pack, or literature on how to maintain the paint protection. Just charged and told it was done.
Excellent treatment from the sales person who did all they could to accommodate. However there were some nice touches that used to be had when buying a BMW that were missing this time that took the shine off it - like the bottle of wine in the boot.
The service made me feel valued and also that the dealership went the extra mile to retain my business
