I had to hire a car as you had none available, this hire car arrived at 11 am nobody told me it had arrived until l chased at 12.30!
I had a problem with pothole damage to my car. Delivered to Wollaston on Saturday. They called to let me know it had arrived and my car was repaired and collected by me on Monday 30th December. Outstanding
The problems were dealt with professionally to my satisfaction.
I was a bit demanding to be honest. I had a window of 2 hours before I absolutely utterly had to be somewhere. The agent on the phone wasn't sure if this would be possible to fit everything in but I was assured on the day it would be ok. It was.
Did not get back to me regarding replacement tyre price

All my needs were met
Car in from 845. Missed call from bmw at 1600. When returned no one knew who called me. Picked car up at 1715. Found out I had two illegal tyres. Service had no idea whether you could fix this the next day or if tyres were even in stock.
Took nearly two weeks to fix problem
Sales advisor PAUL was very polite. Had very good communication skills. Did not appear pushy for a purchase decision. Very informative and always had a friendly greeting even after purchase when I had an issue. .
Car serviced and minor fault fixed, ready on time washed and vacummed
The disconnection of my Dashcam is very concerning, firstly there's the question of why, then there's the question of why it wasn't reconnected and finally there's the total lack of any communication about it. I have left a message for the advisor.
outstanding customer service and attention to detail from start to finish
Felt like I had to chase for an update at 4.30pm for when the car would be ready as the service did take all day and I needed to arrange a lift back over to pick my car up. Apart from that all very good service.
Always polite and efficient - once the phone is answered. Work is done to a high standard.

My car went in for two jobs, brake fluid change and to fix a vibration through the steering wheel when stationary and moving at 1200rpm aprox.Brake fluid change excellent, vibration fix was not successful, still on car.

I would have liked the freedom of a replacement car, especially as they had to keep my car for two days, but there was not one available for a few weeks.That aside, the pick up and drop of service was excellent.
Service provided withinn 48 hours.
A comfortable waiting area with coffee and biscuits.I was told the service would take 2 hours and it actually took less.After the service I received a text showing me what had been found during the service - very reassuring.

I took my car in for the brakes to be sorted out as they were squeeling very loadly. The technition amazingly found no fault but when the service rep drove the car round to reception for me they squeeled straight away! - went away very unhappy.
Waited 10 days for winter wheel change and service. They phoned the day before to say they hadnt got my wheels from their storage depot. Obviously forgot to areange to get them.
Additional work items recommended but only at the end of the service, could of been explained not long after service had begun really. Would mean less time waiting.

Car was retuned clean & I received lunch while I waited.
Car booked in for a steering rack recall work. Took more than a full day to change just four bolts.Rack casing was covered in oil/grease after work done.Advisor knowledge poor regarding details of required work.

The car had a fault with oil level warning being overfilled, this was rectified and the oil changed. I cannot understand after an oil change the filter was not replaced. I accept it was not at 18000 miles, it is its first oil change. Awaiting a answe

Frustrated at the consequences of the inadequate staffing of the service function. Had actively started to look for other BMW garages to take my car to. This is not a new phenomenon - service side had been poor for some time.
I felt they knew their job and what needed to be done. I felt i was dealing with a professional outfit

Painfree servicing experience
I was concerned about a problem with the tyres but was told that the person dealing with tyres, in service Dept. was off sick! Gave me an appt two weeks later. After realising I was not too happy, they fitted me in a few days later.
They dealt with my problem quickly even squeezing me in when they were full
easy to tell and go for what you want
Although I had raised my concerns with the bmw service manager. I just can't help but feel ultimately let down bmw. The service manager did take care of the problem and even gave me some discounts. But again I feel let down.

Nothing was to much trouble
Everything required was sorted within the times I was told. And the top-class service from the staff at Wollaston's (as always) will ensure I replace this car with another BMW.
The whole service experience left nothing to complain about, from the initial call to book my car in, to completion - other than the drink machine in the waiting area not working!

Comprehensive customer service
The car was collected promptly from our home, serviced to our satisfaction and returned clean inside and out. Staff alerted us to the unexpected need to replace one of the tyres to meet MOT requirements which we duly authorised.
The servicing was very good. The valetting was hurried and Windows inside were not up to the usual standard.
I was promised a follow-up call the day after the service (Saturday) to advise the cost of a new undersill. Call never came. That's bad

Car not returned when agreed, so I had to cancel an MOT booking at another garage.Car did not have MOT performed when I was told it would be ready.When I collected it, car had only 19 miles of fuel in - insufficient for me to get to an appointment.

Service as expected
I was sent via BMW assist route even though I drove my car to garage on Saturday afternoon initially and they said there was no point in looking at it as they had no diagnosis people working or parts or hire cars available.
This was a while you wait service scheduled for 1pm. They were ready for the car when I arrived and delivered it back within the planned time frame.
With Ford they arranged a car for me,a pick up or a taxi. Not from BMW. I asked for a estimate to fix my mirror. Would have been nice to have been talked through the estimate - I Might have even booked car in to be fixed !
Contradictory information given by staff in service and tyre department and certainly not borne out by video from the technician / mechanic.
Slightly disappointed the MOT was completed off site at an associated business otherwise excellent as usual
The Collection and Delivery service was first class - carried out by a Driver named Richard Clarke.
Everybody's been very helpful however I did have an abortive trip last week when the parts needed were not available so I needed to rebook

I had to wait three weeks to be booked in to have my fault diagnosed, costing me £200 in fuel as I could not charge. My car was kept for 5 days, after day 2 the service department were never available to answer my calls for progress updates.
Again i would like to had someone say issue occurred for whatever reason, so i know myself what had happened to cause it in the first place, otherwise the wollaston did a very good job.
Very satisfied with the service from Wollaston Motors, my only criticism would be the cost of tyres which is significantly more expensive than nearly every other supplier.
Well informed all the way through the process
Although my complaint was sorted there were a string of complaints to be dealt with. service not recorded on car system, MOT requirement not advised 10 days before due, service not carried out correctly, work not completed as asked.
We have always enjoyed visiting Wollaston Motors in Northampton as all the staff are very helpful, polite and caring. The building is very modern and the refreshments are super. It is a comforting experience especially in the Winter time. Superb!!
Two valve caps missing. Probably rushed PDI. No proof car had the Protect X applied, would expect maybe an after care pack, or literature on how to maintain the paint protection. Just charged and told it was done.
Excellent treatment from the sales person who did all they could to accommodate. However there were some nice touches that used to be had when buying a BMW that were missing this time that took the shine off it - like the bottle of wine in the boot.
The service made me feel valued and also that the dealership went the extra mile to retain my business

Bob at Wollaston explained everything I needed to know during the sales process and during collection of my new BMW, spent time explaining my new BMW and answered all my questions.

During the period of purchase to collection of my new car the communication from the dealership was very poor. I actually found out my new car was at the dealership from the company fitting the adaptions to the car for me!
