Service 2 and MOT. Northampton called me, to arrange this appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was sent away as they had no record of the booking. This was a waste of my time and impeded my vehicle health. No explanation given.

Had booked under the "do what's necessary" and hadn't realised the forthcoming MOT would not be included as 6 weeks away. Rather than have to take time out to come back to Northampton (not often here) Keely managed get this included at short notice

My booking had been forgotten, so my car wasn't picked up until 2pm. A tyre was found to be unsafe, therefore you wouldn't return it back to me! You wouldn't issue me with a courtesy car, therefore I was picked up and I had to drive my unsafe car!!

Booking the appointment was confusing. I was emailed with availability, then I emailed back to confirm which day I could do, then you asked me to phone, and when I phoned, the appointment had gone.

Phoned to tell me to pick the car up but when I arrived I had to wait as it hadn't been valeted. Not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient.....

Tried to identify issue that I came in with, nothing was pointed out to be a problem. Car is driving fine still with the issue not returning. Reason for 4 stars only, screwdriver was left in the engine bay with the bonnet shut.

Overall the service was good, but I did feel it took longer than it should have. Plus my MOT certificate has an older notification but I understand how this happened.

Wipers and pollen filters not in stock . Every thing else super. But I now need to revisit when in. Not the dealers fault. BMW uk never has stock for Chinese mini parts.

The repair took twice as long as scheduled, no one called on the day of the diagnosis, it took 5 calls the next day to get someone to talk to me. Even talking to the service manager took 2 days. Then i got the car back and it was wrong
