Handover and operation instructions were excellent, this was my first automatic car so I was a bit nervous at first. Really appreciate the time and patience given to explain how things work. My old car was manual and much less technically advanced.

On my first visit I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the smooth efficiency of the service staff as well as the front of house staff.

The staff are very helpful but the time it takes to rectify the issue is too long especially if you have to spend all day at the showroom as I live30 miles away I cannot pop back home so have to wait all day
