I was called prior to service to remind me and confirm booking. On the day l was met by very friendly and professional staff at the foyer and taken to my service advisor who was also very lovely.

The lady at the welcome desk was overly keen. Closer to a guard dog than assistance. Then had to wait at the service desk to be served and then sit down at a desk. Too much faff for a simple visit. Wasn't even offered to help myself to a coffee.

I do not feel I received value for money. Servicing did not include diagnostic testing - I was quoted £180 for this. Other marques I have owned always began a service with diagnostics, but BMW did not feel £450 was sufficient to do this as well.
