Richard kept me updated on progress & delivery of my car. For collection, he took into account my availability due to an assignment I was doing. We agreed a collection date and Richard came in on his day off to hand over; a truly fun experience.

Customer service was good, not an issue with sorting another car for me to use as the one which was allocated to me was already taken. The only down side was the cleanliness of the vehicle I used. I did explain this and an apology was given.

Had my car all day, for a recall and as I wasn't earning the dealership money a low priority I'd assume? Car wasn't ready until 1740 and was on the ramp at 1720 when I arrived. Also not washed as requested...because it was an quick end of the day job

Short waiting times, good staff. I also had a breakdown in the Yorkshire Dales, and the BMW emergency service arrived quickly brought me a loan car, arranged the repair to mine and delivered it back to my home in Northamptonshire.
