Efficient process

Due to key decision made by BMW, the delivery of the car was delayed by 7-10 days, but this does not reflect on Anthony or Jason, who always ensured that I was kept up to date with progress, before being finally given a new delivery date.

Richard Rhodes was so knowledgeable and helpful - indeed he was one of the reasons I bought another new car with you. He sold me my first one which was a positive experience, so I came back and didn't try any other brands like Mercedes

Booking service online & electronic checkin / keydrop off was painless.The ability to write notes for technician was good. Also your service rep Keeley was good in calling and keeping me updated on progress and understanding the issues was helpful
