Richard was an incredible salesman. He always made sure I felt comfortable, went into detail to ensure I understood everything clearly. I weren't too sure on buying a new car due to nerves but working with Richard made it easy.

As this was a manufacturer warranty issue with my vehicle it would have been a welcomed gesture to wash my car for me ahead of collection. I did ask if this could be done as was told, 'Sorry we don't have that facility!' - slightly disappointing.

Had the microfilter changed as part of the service. The car has ivory white seats. Picked car up and there were dirty marks on the passenger seat. Let the service adviser know and told the technicians always wear gloves.

After service MOT and a new tyre I would expect the tyre pressure to match and new tyre had a lot lower pressure than the others

Overall great experience, very helpful, great communications and approach. The only slight negative was that the vehicle could have been cleaned in the 2 weeks the car was with Wollaston. It had thick layer of dust and inside was not cleaned too.

Nobody told me ahead of my appointment that the dealer's location had moved - I had to pull over and call to get directions. Nobody mentioned the service wash wasn't available - car was returned to me covered in greasy finger marks from the workshop.

I am a repeat client there. I find that the attitude is often offhand and somewhat arrogant - as if they are doing me a favour by allowing me to spend my time and money there. Not positive or welcoming.
