While the service agent tried to sort the issue out, he gave me the impression or at least tried to convince me that there is no fault while there clearly is. I felt this as unprofessional and not genuine.Would expect better from a premium car dealer

I booked my car in for a repair Jan 20th headlight beam not dimming for oncoming traffic firstly told by service desk this was probably because that function is an optional extra!! it was then discovered it was faulty this took an hour.
